LAZY MOE'S

Chicken Parma and wedges with sour cream and sweet & sour sauce.

The RC guy and I had our first Lazy Moe's meal because he had told me about how big the portions are. This was the restaurant he headed to with his friends on the very first that I met him after the car meet.

Lazy Moe's portions are most definitely made for giants. I am not even kidding for I'm talking about three main meals can feed my family of six people of mainly males. They have a wide variety of menu selections to satisfy all sorts of apetites and somewhat a fair service of waiters and waitresses. Sometimes during the day, even though we've booked, they don't really take notice of us until someone impatiently gets up and calls the staff over. I think that's the only thing that has somewhat bothered me, that we had fifteen people and no one bothered to ask if we were ready but generally Lazy Moe's is fairly good. 

The menu has an interesting way of presenting it's food. In some ways you really have to be open minded about reading it otherwise it could offend you. 

They have a bar/cafe section with a wild range of selected cakes which I believe changes every few days so if you're not in for a meal, then you can always stop for a light snack or dessert. 

Lamb kebab with greek salad and fries and lemon sugar pancakes with ice cream. 

Sundays are always my lazy days. We wake up late and push breakfast and lunch into one. This particular day I couldn't be bothered cooking so he and I went out for dinner at LM. These two dishes above is the only two satisfying ones that we've had so far. Like I said, two dishes, one main and one dessert fed both of us and kept us full for a good six hours. DELISH!

Now he and I wanted to compare Steakhouse 66 to Lazy Moe's and see if the Porterhouse and the lamb were similar or good for their value. 

Lazy Moe's = Quantity. 

Now you can see below, the lamb dish doesn't look as appealing as to the Steakhouse 66's dish but the portions are bigger. Salad in this one was bland, no dressing, and the lamb was like processed minced which I didn't really enjoy. The extra fries made up for the lack of taste everywhere else though. So this dish was an "okay, I've tasted better" kind of situation for me. That was the same for the RC guy,  even though his porterhouse looked really really nice, he said it wasn't as nicely marinated which was a big disappointment. The ratio in weight was fairly big in a difference. I think this dish had 500g or more so it was doubled in size and came with fries and a salad. The pepper sauce at LM was actually pepper sauce, you could really taste the spice.

So if you're ever looking for a meal that's just good enough in quality but you're starving then head to Lazy Moe's. It's decent for the price and guaranteed to leave you full for a good few hours.
